Learn the art of Egyptian Belly Dance in a fun, supportive

Chi. This absolute beginner course is open to all who
want to learn how to understand life and themselves a
little better. Tai Chi is an art form which has to be
practiced and a commitment has to be made if you want
to gain a better understanding. Note for all Tai Chi
classes: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat
shoes. Do not eat for two hours before a Tai Chi class. It
