SCHOOL DRESS
Sutton Centre has no school uniform but students are expected to keep to the Centre Code of Dress, to be sensibly attired at all times, ready for a busy working day.
An apron or overall will be needed for use in Design and Technology and the creative Arts. For Sports and Leisure, sports kit is essential in the interests of health and hygiene.
SCHOOL KIT FOR SPORT AND PE
Outdoor kit:
Black shorts for Girls and Boys
Black tracksuit bottoms for outside when cold
Black rugby shirt with red stripe (available from Clement Taylor)
Black football socks / white socks.
Indoor kit:
As above but white top only and white socks
Swimming costumes are required for Year 7 sport.
Shin pads should be worn during football and hockey sessions and matches.
It is also recommended that students wear mouth guards when playing hockey.
At the Centre, girls’ teams wear maroon skirts and white socks.
Sport and Leisure staff will always be willing to give advice on purchase and selection of kit.
For safety reasons all jewellery should be removed before taking part in any sporting activity.
