Physical Education Department
Our departmental ethos is centred around raising achievement of our pupils through enjoyment and positive experiences. We provide a broad and varied curriculum to try and ensure that all pupils can access Physical Education. We focus on achievement on an individual level so that all pupils know where they are and how to reach their personal targets. This approach caters for those who are improving their skills through to those pupils who have gained international honours. Our range of core activities, extra-curricular clubs, leadership awards and examination subjects are designed to support the idea of achievement at all levels and in different areas of sporting achievement.
We aim for pupils to gain enough positive experiences and enjoyment from sport so that they develop an interest in participating long after they have left the school.
